Accommodations
Sleeping rooms can be held for your group, based on availability, at
a discounted group rate. This group of rooms can be held for
individuals to call and reserve up until four weeks prior to the
event. Any rooms not reserved at this time will be released back to
the hotel. Guests simply need to specify when calling that they are
attending your event. The group rate will be honored after rooms
have been released back to the hotel, but rooms will be based on
availability. The hotel cannot guarantee that your guests rooms will
all be together or in a specific area of the hotel.
